Drawing with Maria In-Person
Series meets Thursdays, September 11, 18, 25, October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
This class is designed to help you draw what you see and explore ways of using your drawing skills in different mediums to make your artwork “your own.” Among the topics covered will be creating a well balanced composition, perspective and incorporating mixed media in your still lifes, landscapes and portraits. You may use shading pencils, colored pencils, watercolors, sharpie pens and/or pastels for any projects you choose. (You are encouraged to bring any photos you may want to draw to class.) Limit 24.

Supplies: 2 #2 pencils, 12" ruler, eraser, 9" x 12" sketchpad (preferably Cascon Mixed Media 98 lb. or Strathmore Brand).
